These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services and products offered by ThinkAlternate Technologies Pvt Ltd (including MIRSA SaaS platform and Foundry product-led engineering services). By engaging with our services or subscribing to our products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. ThinkAlternate Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a company registered in Bengaluru, India.
By accessing or using MIRSA (the “Platform”) or engaging Foundry services, you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
Client, MIRSA, Foundry, Subscription, Engagement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Change Request, Beta Feature, Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We deliver software products, SaaS platform access, and engineering services as outlined in approved proposals or Statements of Work (SOW). Scope creep will require a formal change request process.
For stable production builds (Non Beta version) MIRSA SaaS: 99% uptime commitment, excluding scheduled maintenance. Support response time: within 24 business hours. For Foundry: project delivery timelines and milestones will be mutually agreed.
Engagements may be subscription-based (MIRSA) or milestone/project-based (Foundry). Detailed engagement terms are provided in each SOW.
MIRSA – Modules include App Health Dashboard, Performax Engine, Ghost Bugs, Cloud Cost Optimization, AppTron, Root Cause Engine, Sentiment Analyzer, App Audit Engine, and other features.
Foundry – Web/Mobile development, DevOps, AI integrations, CTO+, GCC setup, UI/UX, QA automation, and maintenance.
Any change in features, functionalities, integrations, or deliverables must be documented via a Change Request Form. Changes may affect delivery timelines and cost. Scope creep without approval will halt related work until formal acceptance.

Approvals should be provided within 3 business days to avoid delays. Official communication will be via email, project management tools, or other agreed channels.
All IP developed during the engagement belongs to the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
We may showcase project outcomes, client logos, and testimonials unless explicitly restricted in writing.
Both parties will keep sensitive information confidential for a period of 2 years post-engagement.
We comply with GDPR and Indian IT Act provisions for all personal data processing.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, pandemics.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
